Time, place, and the names mentioned in this account are the strongest circumstantial evidence of the fact that the Benjamin whose estate is here administered is the Benjamin (4) of the "Seven Brother s." Whence it falls out that Benjamin B. Jennings who administers the estate is the father of one, if not of all of these "brothers," and, this being true, we feel warranted in saying that the line o f Benjamin is authenticated back to the son of the ancestor who was landed from the wreck of the "Old Calledonia."
