  	Obituary - Mrs. John Razak Barbara Hladek was born August 2, 1861 at Tys Czechoslovakia, and departed this life at her home at Collyer, Kansas, January 9, 1937, at the age of 75 years, 5 months, and seven days. She was married to John Razak on February 20th 1882 at Malin, Czechoslovakia. They came to the United States in the year of 1886 and homesteaded on a farm near Collyer, where they resided until eleven years ago when they retired and moved to Collyer. Her husband preceded her in death on February 3rd 1931. To this union eleven children were born: one son passing away in infancy, and the oldest daughter, Mary Krhut, on March 29th, 1933, and the oldest son, Vince, on August 5th, 1931. She leaves to mourn her departure five daughters and three sons: Mrs. Rose Krhut and Anna Razak of Collyear, Kansas; Mrs. Millie Matousek of Esbon, Kansas; Mrs. Fanny Littlechild of WaKeeney, Kansas; Mrs. Helen Lacerte of Fort Wayne, Indiana; all the children were present at the funeral except Mrs. Helen Lacerte who was not able to come; and Joseph, Charles and William Razak of Collyer, Kansas. She also leaves 35 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and many other relatives to mourn her death. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, and neighbor; bore her troubles and suffering with great patience and fortitude. She was ready and waiting when the summons came to take her from her earthly home to be with her dear ones who have gone before. Mrs. Razak made a large number of friends during the many years she lived in this community and was held in high regard by all. Funeral services were conducted from the Zeman Hall, Monday afternoon by Rev. H. H. Beers, pastor of the Presbyterian church of WaKeeney. Burial was in the Collyer Union Cemetery.
