  Obituary	Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Penwill- Gabel Funeral Home for John W. Armstrong, 59, who was dead on arrival at a Topeka hospital Saturday after he was stricken at his home, 1513 W. 29th Terrace. He had an apparent heart attack. He was born Feb. 3, 1913, at Centralia, and lived at Havensville before he moved to Topeka 16 years ago. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a retail grocer and operated Bill's Market at 2508 W. 15th 16 years. He was a member of Lowman United Methodist Church, Orient Lodge No. 51, AF&AM, Scottish Rite bodies and Arab Shrine. He also was a member of Topeka Chapter No. 462, Order of Eastern Star, and Post no. 33 of the American Legion at Havensville. He was married to Sophia Bonjour April 12, 1934. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Diana Cole, 1507 W. 29th Terrace; a brother, Harold Armstrong, Houston, Tex.; and a granddaughter. Entombment will be in Mount Hope Abbey.

Miss Sophia Bonjour, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Bonjour, of Onaga and William Armstrong, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Armstrong, of Centralia were married at the Congregational parsonage in Onaga, Sunday, April 21, at 1:30 p. m. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. H. Cone, former pastor of the Centralia church. Miss Jessie Thompson and Reginald Ayers attended the young couple. Following the ceremony the wedding party returned to the Bonjour home where a wedding dinner was served. Since her graduation from the Onaga high school, the bride has been a successful teacher, and closed her second term of school in her home district last Friday. The groom has been employed in the Jorden grocery store here for about year. The young couple have gone to housekeeping in the Mrs. Frank Talkington house in the southwest part of town.
