  	Obituary Owen Kenneth Shirley, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Shirley, was born at Frankfort, Kansas, on Oct. 22, 1932 and departed this life Oct. 3, 1936, three years, eleven months and nineteen days old. Kenny, as he was affectionately known, was always a sweet baby and his sunny disposition won the hearts of all who knew him. Through all his suffering he was patient to the very end. He leaves to mourn his early going, his father and mother, three brothers, Roy, Loyal and Wayne, and three sisters, Helen, Doris and Bernice. One baby sister preceded him in death. In all our hearts there is a vacant place which may be healed but never filled. We all extend sympathy to the family in this hour of sorrow. A little soul was sent to earth, To bless this home one day. A little beam of sunlight, But it was not meant to stay. But let us all be patient, For we shall meet some day. His going leaves a path of light To show the rest the way. CARD OF THANKS With deepest gratitude we extend this word of thanks for the many kinds acts of sympathy, expressed by thoughtful friends and neighbors during the illness and death of our son, brother and nephew.
