She was born Feb. 9, 1913 in Wichita, Kan. to Charles B. and Lou A. Miller Webb.
Preceded in death by her husbands, Grover VanCuren and Oliver Rumsey; three brothers; three sisters.
Survivors: brother, Kenneth Webb of Wichita; nieces, Judy Larkey, Janet Fowler, both of Wichita, Barbara Gendreau of Camdenton, Mo., Ruby Young of Three Oaks, Mich., Margie Groenewold of Lincoln, Neb.; nephews, Marc Webb of Wichita, Charles Davidson of North Fort Myers, Fla.; stepsons, Dwayne Rumsey of Wichita; Gary Rumsey of Edmond, Okla.; five step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.
