Mrs. Jones' Rites Here Tomorrow
Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Beverley Turner Jones, widow of I. N. Jones, formerly of Richmond, who died yesterday at her home in Williamsburg, will be held here at 11 A. M. Saturday at the L. T. Christian Funeral Home, Boulevard and Park Avenue, with interment in Hollywood Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was a daughter of the late Dr. John Turner and Mrs. Turner, of "Orapax", New Kent County.
She was a direct descendant of Bernard Moore, of "Chelsea," King William County, who was colonel of the county militia and a member of the House of Burgesses.
It was this Bernard Moore who married Anna Katherine Spotswood, a daughter of Governor Alexander Spotswood of the Colonial period in Virginia.
Mrs. Jone's husband, Isaac N. Jones, who died here a good many years ago, had long been widely known in the business life of the city.
Mrs. Jones's married life was passed in Richmond, where she took an active part in social and patriotic interests. She was a member of the Society of Colonial Dames in the State of Virginia and of various other organizations here.
In recent years she had made her home in Williamsburg.
An only son was the late Bernard Moore Jones, of Richmond, whose death occurred in Richmond in the Fall of 1939.
Mrs. Jones is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. J. Montague and Mrs. Norvell Henley, both of Williamsburg; one brother, William Turner, of Hamilton, Ohio; also by three grandchildren and one great grandson.
A stepdaughter is Mrs. James T. Rutherfoord, of this city, the former Miss Edith Jones.

Funeral Services Held In Richmond
Mrs. Louise Beverley Turner Jones, widow of I. N. Jones, formerly of Richmond, died Thursday evening at her home, "The Little Galt House", on Duke of Gloucester street, where she resided with her sister, Mrs. J. J. Montague. Funeral services were held on Saturday morning at the L. T. Christian Funeral Home in Richmond and interment was in Hollywood cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was a daughter of the late Dr. John Turner and Mrs. Turner of "Orapax", New Kent County. Rutherfoord of Richmond and three step-grandchildren, Mrs. Robert Greathead of Richmond, Thomas M. Rutherfoord of New York and James T. Rutherfoord in the service; and two step-grandsons, the sons of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Greathead.
